Our standard shipping is UPS Ground


UPS charges are automatically calculated according to the schedule provide by UPS that considers zone, girth and weight. Our calculator is updated by UPS as rates change. Only New Mexico Residents are charged sales tax. We do not take phone orders at this time.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Email to customerservice@madeinamericadecor.com for correct return address. Do not return to the address on the package. Packages are shipped from several locations. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returned items. If package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify UPS immediately, who will inspect the package and return it to us at no expense to you. In the unlikely event of a defective item, it may be returned for repair or replacement only, no re-stocking charges apply for damaged goods. All shipping costs must be prepaid. Ship parcel post or FedEx or UPS Ground. However, you must notify us prior to return, to get an RA number and the correct shipping address.
